Refusal Recovery

Turn a visa refusal into a stronger application

After a visitor visa or Super Visa refusal, we find out exactly what the officer was concerned about and answer it.

What's included

  • A request for the officer's notes (GCMS) on your refused file
  • A written map of each concern to the evidence that answers it
  • A new application prepared from scratch, with a cover letter
  • Review by a licensed Canadian lawyer before you submit

What happens after you pay

  1. You receive a welcome email and an engagement agreement to sign.
  2. We file the GCMS notes request with your consent.
  3. When the notes arrive, we review them with you and build the new file.

Good to know: waiting for GCMS notes adds time before reapplying. Government fees for the new application are paid directly to IRCC.
